With more than 17 years combined experience exemplifying bold leadership on Uniting Voices Board of Directors, Caroline Dettman and Eric Ashworth have made an indelible mark on the organization and its public perception.
It’s hard to overstate the role both Caroline and Eric have played in shaping the trajectory of Uniting Voices’ future. Beyond their consistent philanthropic support, as leaders on the Board of Directors Marketing Committee, the longtime friends and professionals in the creative field have provided indispensable guidance of not one, but two transformational rebranding initiatives, first in 2016 and again in 2022. Bringing to bear the resources and expertise they gleaned from their leadership of world-class media and creative agencies, Caroline and Eric’s investment in Uniting Voices has played a pivotal role in ensuring the vibrancy of its future.
Fusing together their unrivaled expertise as power players at storied global PR and Advertising agencies like Golin, Quad and Periscope, over the last three years Caroline and Eric have led Uniting Voices through its once-in-a-lifetime name change, shaping the strategy that made this evolution possible. Beyond mere input and oversight, Caroline and Eric rolled up their sleeves to provide Uniting Voices staff and leadership with crucial insights and resources to pull off an unprecedented brand transition. Simply put without their contributions and commitment, Uniting Voices would not be the organization it is today.
By stewarding core strategic priorities with unmatched dedication over the course of a decade, Caroline Dettman and Eric Ashworth have not only assured a thriving future for Uniting Voices, but their efforts have further catalyzed life-changing experiences for countless young people in every corner of Chicago.
