The health and safety of our singers, guests, and staff is of the highest concern for Chicago Children’s Choir. In accordance with current government mandates, masks will be required at all times during RJO except while actively eating or drinking. In addition, all guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination¹ or a negative COVID-19 test² to attend RJO.
The Geraghty is a 25,000 square-foot venue and is equipped with a state-of-the-art HVAC system with high-efficiency constant Merv 8 air filtration and exchange. We expect approximately 500 attendees. Tables will be accessible during the cocktail hour and will be placed a minimum of six feet apart for socially-distanced eating and drinking throughout the evening.
You can submit your proof of vaccination privately and securely here.
¹ Includes printed, electronic copy, photocopy or photo of COVID-19 vaccination card or presentation of electronic vaccine record (via app such as Clear or Bindle) for an FDA-authorized vaccine. Second dose of a two-dose vaccine or the single-dose vaccine must have been administered at least 14 days prior to RJO (not later than 10/8/22). Registered guests will be provided information on how to submit proof of vaccination prior to the event date to streamline the event registration process.
² Guests may instead provide proof of a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event start time (no earlier than 6:00pm CT, Wednesday, 10/19/22), or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the event start time (no earlier than 12:00pm CT, Saturday, 10/22/21). No home tests will be accepted. This includes accommodations for people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination.
